As mentioned above, structure and organization is a must for any organization. Strict by laws are in place in order to have a well rounded experience for every member of the crew.
Every year, new officers are appointed to be the leadership of the crew. With the advice of the crew advisors and current member, these leaders take the responsibility of how successful this organization is.
